About

I’m a seasoned user experience executive who has spent more than 20 years managing and scaling design teams that transform a deep understanding of customer needs into high-value products.

Headshot of Coryndon Luxmoore

As the VP of UX Design for Customer Experience at Audible, I have built and led product design teams responsible for launching Audible Plus, Audible Captions, and a vision and roadmap for the new Audible Library and Player. At the same time, I implemented new processes and operations that set the organization up for scalable, agile, cross-functional design work in the future.

I believe in designing for the exact right set of features—no more and no less—and I believe you need intense customer knowledge to achieve that. By synthesizing user research and data, and transforming complexity into actionable strategies, I enable my teams to confidently innovate and build in a competitive landscape while still earning our customers’ continued loyalty.

Diverse perspectives help us overcome inherent biases and inspire truly creative thinking. That’s why, as a leader, I create environments where constructive feedback drives innovative solutions and design improvement; where contributors’ individual strengths are blended carefully to create a team balanced for the project’s needs; and where even remote teams are empowered to act autonomously with clear direction and vision.
