I realized the potential for bringing my product design training to the digital world while designing an online subscription product for ZD Net in 1996. Since that time I have been focused on the design of revenue driven digital products for a broad spectrum of technologies, industries and organizations. Over the last five years I have broadened that focus to bring that same pragmatic design approach to building an organization that can reliably deliver compelling user experiences to drive company growth.
